I had the same problem.... I just grease the bushing hella good and tighten up real good after that, clunking is gone

I had an issue like that once. The strut was blown.

i have a similar problem. my mechanic says it's because either the strut mount or the top nut on the strut are not tight enough. i'm going back to the shop this week to figure this crap out.

Do you have any subs in the trunk I have the same spring strut combo for a little over 2 years now and i have delt with the rattle sound it doesnt make it unless there are 2 or more people in the back. The point is that i dont think these springs were designed to handle this weight like the oem springs do > you get what you pay for :roll:
