ok this is really really hard to explain sometimes when im at like a stop sign(holding the brake) i hear this mechanical noise...kinda like there is something adjusting and i have no idea what it is. if i let go of the brake it goes off agian...its very faint but i dont like the fact that it does it all the time.. has anyone ever heard of this cause im stumped

its seems like its by the pedals so thats y i was worried....the closest thing i can think of is when a cd player laser is moving up and down....sounds kinda like that

hard to tell what it could be...could be the thermostat opening and closing? is it metal grinding (brakes need resurfacing??). could be anything...

If the noise sounds like a little faint electrical engine and only lasts for like 5 seconds then its proably just the thermostat opening and closing, and if that is the case its normal, nothing to worry about. Every solara does it.
