Have your lawyer with you at the meeting with Toyota so they take you seriously.

Make sure to fill him in before hand on what is going on and what your expecting on an outcome.

Also have all receipts to repairs you made on the car, maintenence and or photos of the damaged parts (assuming you took pictures of everything). If you don't have the paper work, go to the dealership and have them pull it up on the computer and print it out for you if possible.

Good Luck with the case......

Get a lawyer first before you take it in. You have a better chance of winning. This looks like one of those things where the dealership thought they could get away but now in check..

Follow up: after having me drive the car to a few places for estimates and playing some phone tag the are willing to pay for half (i dont feel that is good enough as i payed for a good car not a 50/50 car)

hopefully i can get them to repair the exaust and i will just get the gouge repairedand leave the rest as is costing me little to know money

they suck though

maplewood toyota in minneapolis , mn

if anyone has some corperate contacts i can send letters too etc id apreciate it

ill also talk to my universities legal department, as a real lawyer is not interested (i tried) as it was his advice to resolve it myself w/ persistance
