RIMS OFF A 06 CAMRY SE
hey guys. well, this is the deal. i have a 99 se with tokico shocks and tein springs installed. i managed to get a hold of a brand new set of rims and tires off a 06 camry se (the ones just like the solara convertible, but gunmetal color), BUT THE INSIDE OF THE LEFT REAR RUBS AGAINST THE SHOCK ASSEMBLY!!
wierd enough, the right rear, and the fronts clear with no issues.
anyone familiar with this issue?
has anybody installed these new 17" offerings in their solara? (i've seen pictures on this board of guys with the 17's off the new solara) if so, what did you do to get them to clear? frankly, i don't want to have to roll the fenders, or get spacers. these are 215/55/17 tires with a 17" "stock" toyota rim; THERE SHOULD BE NO ISSUES!!!!
if this does'nt work out, i'll literally have to sell these things to someone in the local area (miami-ft. lauderdale). anyway, any help would be GREATLY appreciated).
