Car Wash leak problem

I went to a manual car wash where I can also wash the bottom of my car. When I got back into my car there was a HUGE puddle of water inside my driver side under the pedals. I followed the leak but couldn't see exactly where it came from... but it looks like its coming from the steering colum out of the firewall? It also leaks when I wash the engine bay. Then I poped my hood and tried to find where it was coming from and sure enough there's no rubber stopper and there's an open hole leading to the driver area. I'm thinking it might have stored water somewhere because when I got in my car it was still dripping a steady stream.

Anyone know where I can find the rubber sealer or what I should do to stop the leaking?

Sorry for the confusion.

I guess in short: There's a hole where water get inside the car when I wash either the engine bay or underbody. It's coming from the wall behind the brake pedal. I'm just trying to find out how to fix this cause it doesn't seem normal on any car.

Haha, its not that confusing.

There are all sorts of silicones and epoxies that will do that job. You can briefly explain your situation at any AutoZone or Napa, and they'll point you to the stuff.

Maybe at the salvage yard would have some.
Or dealer for a new one.
