Still need help on a/c blower fan

I have a 99 solara and the blower fan only operates on low speed. does anyone know how one would check the fan resistor? Everything I have read tells me if the fan runs on high than there is a good chance the resistor is bad. My fan runs on low and will not go up. I have the electronic fan controls.

Help! Help! Help!

If youre that desparate, you can always bring it into a shop and ask one of the technicians of what the problem is... dont have to necessarily have them do the work
