Took off my valve cover good sign?

Took off my valve cover good sign?

Hey guys i had the courage today to take off my valve cover which is really easy, i was scared that i had some sludge in the engine but when i opened it up it was extremely clean. Is that a good sign or could it still mean i have sludge? I have no symptoms of sludge i was just wondering since i have 100k miles on my car.

As long as the oil was changed regularly, you don't need to worry about sludge.
