Well, I just picked up my baby from Long Beach . . . which is like an hour away from Northridge. Anyways, when I picked it up . . . the front bumper was disconnected from the driver's side fender! Gonnn funnit! I couldn't believe it . . . they said that my car was "too low" and got "caught on the blockers" or something. Sooooo, now I have to make a claim with HORIZON LINES. Plus, someone emptied out all my coins (maybe $10 worth). But at least my subs were still in the trunk and didn't get stolen.

Also, I was at Porter Ranch earlier tonight and I spotted another white Solara like mine . . . but his TRD rims were in a nice gunmetal color. anyone have any ideas? It would be cool to finally meet up with some of you SoCal Solaras. Anywayz, I'm done ranting and raving for now. Shootz den guyz.

Yeah I questioned this too since the OP didnt mention this...

but seems like http://www.horizon-lines.com/ is playin you for a fool... i call bullshit in your car being "too low"... if it was too low, then your front lips wouldve been gone... in fact, I myself wouldve taken off the front valences to be on the safe side....
annnnywaay, seems like they ran into something... did you already have those blemishes on the front driver side corner of your bumper?

but as long as you file the claim... go further from there

hey i was wondering if how much it would cost to fix my damaged front bumper? i need to fill out an estimate of how much it would cost to fix it. i was thinking that i may need a whole new front bumper . . . because 2 brackets that hold the bumper to the driver's fender are broken off. anyways, what do you guys think?

Bring it to a dealer and get a estimate and turn it in with the report. This way you have proof of actual $ amount that they need to refund you.
