hey if i have a exhaust like a custom exhaust just the can will that make my car fail the emissions test or there is no problem related to it. and btw if i cut my stock springs to lower my car will that cause problems or should i just get tein springs?

As far as the custom exhaust goes, regulations vary from state to state, and the leniency of the tester comes into play as well.

Cutting springs is a horrible idea. It ruins the structural integrity of the spring and from what I've seen, leads to horrible ride quality. I know 3 people with various make of cars with cut springs, and all 3 bounce like crazy and had lost ability to corner and handle.

ya just get the tiens or trd springs

cutting springs is a bad idea.. DO NOT DO IT. cutting springs would make about as much sense as making a poopy flavored lolli pop

Yeah cut your springs and you will get flamed.
Why think of that when TIEN springs only cost $180 shipped......
About the custom exhuast you will have to find out on the regulations on emissions.
Over here in OKC we have none. :D
That means i can got to a muffler or exhuast shop and get a test pipe done for me. :D

i have two options of getting springs tenzo r racing springs for 100 dollars installed or tein for 150 shipped do u know if there is big diff i know tein springs r really good. so the does the spring give a smoother ride other than just give the car a more lower look..

thanks for all the help and i am not going to cut the springs....hey those ppl from houston go to houston imports .com and there is guy who is selling some springs tenzo r springs for 100 and other stuff if u need stuff for u r car for cheap prices
