What do you guys think? I came across this, it says they are fiber reinforced POLYMER... which i believe the true TRD kits are polymer. So do you think these are the goods?

Not really sure what that is but I think the real TRD kits are made from polyurethane...not "polymer". I could be wrong though. FRP is usually the acronym for fiberglass so I thinks its the ebay special. The funny thing is you cant go by that picture because it is of a real TRD kit..

fiberglass is a type of fiber reinforced polymer (FRP), carbon fiber is also a FRP...anything that has woven fibers that strengthens polymers can be called FRP...enough of that
that kit is most likely fiberglass...it's funny how they use jtamas' solara for all the pics, everybody will think he has the fake kit...

Polymer is another name for plastic. Poly Urethane is a type of plastic. Poly Urethane is flexible too which is better for bottoming out. Fiber glass is stiff and will crack if it hits the ground. I would refrain from any gfx or bodykit made our of fiberglass.
