I got my car back from bodyshop about 2 weeks ago and I've noticed the car pulls to the right pretty hard. I had two alignments done on the car and the problem is still there.

One of the tech at justtires told me the caster is causing the pull and it's not adjustable on solaras. He said it's probably frame damage, and he doesn't really know what can be done to fix the problem. The bodyshop who fixed my car, says it's within manufacture spec (since the caster reading is green) and pretty much told me to live with it. The manager says he doesn't know what's wrong with it, although he admits the car pulls to the right.

Here's the alignment reading scan,

what do you guys think I should do next?

Go to another shop and get an opinion.

From what I see on the printout they gave you, your problem starts with the camber. There is too much difference between the sides. This is throwing the caster off, also with too much difference between the sides. On this car, everything about the front alignment is based on camber being right first. Camber is adjusted on the solara by changing to different bolts. There are four different sets of bolts used depending on the amount of correction needed. Also, the maximum difference from left side to right side for both camber and caster is 3/4 of a degree. Yours is way off on both. Send me your email address and I'll send you the correct alignment info. Take this info to another alignment shop. Maybe even buy the other sets of bolts first to give to them. Your readings are still in the correctable range, you just need to get them more even from side to side.

You are havin' the same problem wit me right now.
It could be the wheel hub bearing........
When they are about to die out they usually pull on the side that the hub bearin' is about it die.
Mine is pullin' on the right too, now if the body shop did their job and checked if the frame is straight then they've done their part on fixin' your car.
And yes it could be the camber bolts too.
