I just finished replacing mine yesterday, got it off ebay. It was 72 bucks shipping included. It came painted in black, not primer. The only other place is online junkyards, but since our car rarely sees that fate. It's a bitch to find. I tried calling all my local junkyards, the same answer everytime "A Toyota WHAT?! .....uh no we don't bye"

Maybe 2 black ones off ebay would look cool on your white 'Lara. Good luck.

Granted, my crash book is one year old but it shows the retail price of a heated painted mirror at about $200 (US). About $40 less if its not heated. I wouldn't expect them to have gone up more than 10% since and there are sneaky ways to get them wholesale. There is an excellent tutorial on this site on how to remove the door panel to access the electrical connection. The mirror is very easy to replace but don't mess up the door panel (about $650 !!!).

That is a ridiculous amount of $ I knocked my driver side mirror off on my last car and it only cost $130 for me to replace it at the dealership where i got it from.

People seem to spend a lot of money and accept inferior products just to avoid going back to the "dealer". Give 'em a shot folks. $75-$100 for a used mirror and the same price to get it painted. There's a savings!
