Is any of your clear coat peeling off your car? Especially like around the back bumper?

No, haven't had that happen... What kind of wax are you using? By the way, how did you get the Solara font?

yeah
i have a corner chipping away
i assumed it was a post-wreck bad paintup but if its happening to ppl perhaps it isnt
i bought a can of clear coat and sprayed some on and baked it with a hair dryer
you can still see where the coating is coming off but it isnt as noticeable. I then applied a layer of tech wax to it so it doesnt turn out all milky.

o yeah
i used a soft sponge to get rid of the top layer where the peel is so its clean. You know how its all white and splotchy? Yeah if u scrub lightly it comes away but dont do it too hard or youll make the peeling worse.

I actually bought the car with the bumper peeling. At the time I figured when it got superbad I would just get the back bumper repainted. My carfax report said my car has never been in a accident. But when I look at the seam between the rear bumper and the rear panel you can see sum funky paint chips/imperfections. (I dont know what to call them) It almost looks as if the bumper was removed and repainted but im not totally sure it has. Possibly the first owner may have backed into something and had the bumper repainted which is why it never showed up on the carfax. I was just seeing if your cars did it too cause I know toyota has been known to have paint issue especially back in the late 80's and early 90's.
