hey guys today i cleaned my throttle body with cleaner real good and it looks really nice now, but when i am going down the road and shift to neutral, my rpms bounce from 1300 to 700 like crazy...what do you think is the problem? i checked all my connections and everything looks good. i reset the battery and i will see how it is in the morning....do you guys have any ideas what the deal is?

update!!! When i started the car up this morning i was idling at 1900 rpms.....which is higher than usual, but then it was like the throttle was sticking when i let off the gas (while going down the road) and after it warmed up, it started bouncing again while in neutral and rolling! but at a stop light it idles real high 1900rpms! could it be that my air idle control got mucked up during the cleaning process? where is that located on the throttle body?

IAC

Your IAC valve is not working right. Probably got mucked up during the TB cleaning process, take it apart and clean it and make sure it moves freely. It could be what causes a MIL.
