Brake problem??? Traveling - HELP!

Brake problem??? Traveling - HELP!

My brakes have been feeling a little soft and when you came to a stop the pedal would move closer to the floor. I thought maybe master cylinder. On the way to DC today during bad traffic the brake light came on and the peddle just about went to the floor! When I got to my friends house the reservoir is empty. I went and got more fluid but the pedal still goes to the floor! Any ideas are welcome. One guy told me all I had is a leak but I have hard lines and I don't think so.

I guess they can since I have a hole in my right front SS line. I have it in the shop (Sears - closest thing) and they are trying to get a rubber stock line. I'll try to figure out what happend to the SS one later.

The pads are fine still thick like new. I've just never had a SS line break or bust (whatever) before. Something new for me for sure.
