me and a couple friends are outside trying to figure out how to install this trd quickshifter.. the instruction doesn't explain much. does anyone have a diagram or some stuff to say on installing? so far we're trying to take the whole assembly out...and dunno what to do next...pull out the 2 arms that connects to the gears? im not sure...please help :cry:

You don't need to take the assembly out to change the short shifter. All you do is unscrew the shifter knob...and pop off the speed clip. This topic has been discussed SEVERAL times so i suggest you use the search function.
