ok if money is no issue you could do a few little things, but the aftermarket support is not the best for our cars, but if you insist in keeping this car to get it going (like some of us) then you need to go to a performance shop and have them do some custom work/turbo, etc. that ought to get you to beat a few V6s but that's about it.

manual conversion should be good for some better 1/4 times. I would go with that.

for the manual conversion do a search there is a lot of info around. But I am going to guess it would be more expensive for you because you would probably no do much of the labor your self. I remember on my old accord board people could do it them selves for about 800 in parts.
