i need a new top this one sometimes leaks into my trunk so i need a new top before i put a new system in.Anyone know any good web sites that would have a 2000 solara top for sale with rear window

I could be wrong, but you are probably best to go to a shp that can just make you one. If you try to buy a new Toyota one (probably can't find), it will cost a fortune. If you get one from a junkyard, it might be punctured or torn.

I know someone who replaced a top on an old Mustang, and it wasn't cheap, but it was custom made...really the only way to go (IMO) if you need to replace.

I'd start with calling a Toyota dealership and see if they will cough up some prospects for you...at least you'll know where to start.
