Does Anyone Know What This FCC ID Belongs To?

I recently became the owner of a 99 Solara SLE :D and the guy that sold it to me also provided a key fob, which at the time didn't work. I assumed it was a dead battery and purchased the car anyway because it's in great shape. Well, after trying to program it, I still get no luck :(. I think he may have given me a bogus key fob. Tell me what you think:

FCC ID:HYQ1512Y

I'm pretty sure this is NOT the standard ID on these cars, but everywhere I look only lists 2000 and higher. Anyone know what the general IDs are for a 99?

It is a Toyota Keyfob.

99-03 Toyota 4-Runner

01-03 Toyota Sequoia Keyless Entry Remote.

Those are the only vehicles I could find that it will work for.

I've been trying to figure out whether my system is after market or OEM. The only thing I have is a FOB that works - and it's not an OEM remote. I don't understand why anyone would want to change it!!! FCC ID: BGA OE3B. Do remotes with the same FCC ID open the car regardless of whether they've been programmed? Or can I buy a different remote?

I'd like to buy an OEM one........ :-?
