HELP gen1 gauge cluster HELP

hooked up the hazard lights, blinkers do work like they are supposed to. all of my HVAC harnesses and bulbs are out as well, could that have something to do with it? i also checked the fuse, doesnt appear to be anything wrong with it. ive replaced gauge cluster bulbs before with no issues, the difference is that all of the other bulbs for radio, HVAC and everything else have been connected. not sure why they wont light up this time!!!

HVAC controls are connected, everything is back as it should be. ALL of the other lights in my car work as they should, but the gauge bulbs, HVAC bulbs and shifter lights are out. the leds on the HVAC work fine as well as the indicator lights. fuse looks ok but hasnt been replaced, before i take this to the dealer id like to be sure ive exhausted all other possibilities. anyone have a solara repair manual or know a tech?

are they bulbs or LED bulbs that aren't lighting up? if it's LED, you might have it reversed. just flip the LED bulb around and it should be hunky-dory.

no these are stock bulbs. not leds. im clueless.... surely someone has an idea on this????
