new tire or ur tire blows up at high speed make u lose control of ur car and crash. invest in a new tire bro.

It is separation of the plys of the tire. And yes: you hit something. Definately a new tire.

This is why it pays to look at the inside of your tires when you hit a curb. Of course, I try not to hit curbs. Not that I've ever blown a tire up immediately upon hitting a curb, honest. ;)
