Tach Needle not lighting up any more....

Tach Needle not lighting up any more....

Okay, I've searched mulitple times and I can't find it. My tach needle doesn't light up anymore. I think this is a bulb (?) but I didn't see one when I took the guages out. I've had the guages out a lot of times due to the glow gauges not working (found a guy on ebay that just sells ballasts saved some coin) so I can do it but I didn't see anything. Any answers or pics would be a great help.

Thanks!
