How many Ohms is the JBL speakers?

Since it's too hot for me to research this myself, does anyone know how many ohms the JBL 6X9's in the rear deck are? i need to change themn out cuz i blew one out, but i need to make sure the OHms match up so i don't get interference. Since most aftermarket speakers r 4 Ohms i need to make sure they match up...has anyone replaced their rear deck speakers with aftermarket ones to the JBL upgrade system? or should i just disable the JBl system and toss all the jbl stuff out and redo everything?

I say redo everything. Plus the stock jbl amp is not as powerful as you mite think it is. i think its like only 17watts or 22watts im not sure. get a aftermarket unit and replace the rears. its worth the money

I replaced the stock rears with a new pair of Polk 6x9 3 ways. Resistance on the working speaker was 4.75 Ohms if memory serves me. Been getting lousy service I might add. The bad speaker was 7 ohms. If its too hot for you too pull the wires from your speakers and check resistance, you sure as hell dont want to tackle removing that rear deck and drilling new holes to mount the new speakers etc. etc.
