Difference between generation 1 and 1.5?

Could someone explain the difference to me? I have used the FAQ and searched and don't see the answer. Mine is a 2000 sle, is this a gen 1.5? Thanks.

Gen 1.5 (2002 & 2003) has a slightly different appearance, most noticeably the tail lamps, and front bumper. The 4 cylinder was also changed to the 2AZ-FE, instead of the 5S-FE. There were also some trim color changes, but nothing about the fundamental construction of the car was changed, hence the Gen 1.5 designation. Notice that the Gen 2 looks nothing like the Gen1 / 1.5.
