New Tires

I'd like to know how big can I go on the tires if I have 18x7.5 rims. I have 225 40ZR 18's right now and my car is dropped on eibach springs, which is about 1.5 inch drop (not that much of a drop). But I've heard of cars rubbing and I'd hate that. I'll be purchasing some Pirellis, but I want to get the right one's and not rub. Thanks in advance for the help. :)
