car would not start

car would not start

Postby Coconut » Tue Jan 20, 2004 10:11 am

Yesterday, while parking in a dark parking garage, my car stopped and would start up, and all the lights remained on, I un-plugged the battery then plugged it back on and the car started for a few seconds then went dead again, after few more trials, I figured that every time, the lights kicks on, the car stopped. and since I was in a parking garage building where there was not much light inside, the lights turn on automatically, anyhow I managed to get out of the garage and drove all the way to my APT with no problem, however, I could not drive it at night.
I am going to my technician in a little while but I figure that I share it with you guys before I head my way to the shop.

I have posted a thread a while back, regarding the low beam, dash clock and head light inside the car that are dead, are these 2 issues related?

Please advise.
