Car security system

yep, as this guy mentioned above me, nearly ALL of the 2 way remote start features can, indeed, be safely wired for MT's. but b/c of liability reasons, most companies won't do it. even though they can only be started in neutral with the parking brake.

both units are pretty much the same and will give you those 2 desired features. the main difference is basically the design of the remote. you want a blue remote? or one with carbon fiber look? THAT'S the real dilemma!?!

car alarm

I heard that all DEI owned companies like Avital, Black Widow, etc. are all pretty much the same, so paying extra for one would be pointless. Clifford was recently bought out by DEI, but I heard that thier high-end stuff won't be touched, so it'll stay original Clifford. This is what I heard from an install guy from Magnolia Hi Fi. Don't know if it's true or not, but I believed him, and bought a Clifford....just passing on the info.
