It all depends on how they use the registered trademark.

2 fake. I would not waste time on the fakers if I was TRD owner. Unless I was facing bankruptcy and needed to sue someone quick! :lol:

Do not buy some imitation K&N "STYLE" filter. Those things are restrictive! More so than your stock paper filter. I've bought one off ebay before and played around with it for a bit. Installed it onto my supercharged previa and boy did it lag. No theyre not all the same. So your safest investment is to get a real K&N and not "K&N STYLE" crap

It's not scary when it's restrictive, it's damn scary when the engine is sucking dust in with using a crappy filter.
