I think he's talking about the smell. I don't think we have a filter... only the Camry did =\ but I think the new Solara does

the only solara on the market now that has a "cabin air filter" is the 2004.
camry's have them 2002+

hmmm that sucks that thewy oput the filter in newer camry's but not our solaras, considering that the solara came with more standard features....

THe blue book? It states for all cars and will say "excludes bla bla"

if you read your blue maintenance book again it says:

"Replace air conditioning filter (Camry, Avalon)" @10,000 miles.

although your car is a Camry Solara, its still not a Camry and does not have an air conditioning filter.

not sure if we have one or not, but air is sucked in through the vents b/w the hood and winshield.

if you take off the plastic cover you'll see it.
