your brakes are warped..depending on how much...you would need to replace your rotors. The best thing is for you to take it to a brake shop and see if they can resurface (trim/shave..) the rotors. They take a minute MM...but again if your rotors are shotup..then it could be time to replace them. I am on my original front rotors on my camry (1997)..the front were resurfaced..in the rear..one was shot out..so i had to replace both...resurfacing is like 100bucks...replacing is close to 200+ (depending on labor).

It costs that much to resurface? I think I paid 50 bucks at pepboys for them to cut my rotors. Check them out first.

I had one of my rotors "turned" for 15 bucks at a local brake shop in my town and a new rotor at Napa was 39.95.

My original price included labor guys  .....If the guy's asking this (bad vibs during braking) he doesn't know warped rotors..i think its better if he takes it to a shop than play with brakes...

I've had the problem of the wheel shaking under light to moderate braking and it was not warped rotors. Cheap brake pads can leave a buildup in one area and give the same sensation. Light sanding of the rotors and the purchase of some good pads solved my problem. Never buy cheap pads....
