I'm looking into geting a 99 solara 6cyl 5spd, but ive noticed that there isnt many performance upgrades out there. there is intake, exaust, sc, and thats about it, no gears, possibly a chip?, camshafts, throttle bodies, or any REAL engine modifications. Whats out there????

thats it basically...intake, exhaust, s/c. Dont get a Solara if you want to mod out a ride, get yourself a Honda or Acura.

Or better yet, since everyone and their mother has a Honda or Acura, get a nice European car like a VW... they're nice for modding too, and usually are good sleeper cars.

go to camryclub.org. A guy their is producing ported heads for 1MZ V6 engines. This head is capable of 300 + HP with S/C. These heads will make your V6 engine breath better and raise the compression ratio..Therefore more HP.
