Stock talk about the Generation 1 and 1.5 Toyota Solara which were produced from 1999 to 2003.

Does anyone still build custom grilles out of stock ones?

To resize pictures really easly download http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/down ... rtoys.mspx

"Image Resizer"

It'll add a resize option to the right click menu

The grill looks gorgeous.

What is the exterior made out of? Is it still the stock grill, just cut out?

Wow thanks for that easy download! I downloaded it and going to try it out.

Yeah it's the OEM grill just gutted out. Tito made it and did a great job. It took off lots of weight from it too. I believe he used those dremel tools to cut it nice and clean and then just cut the Gutter type mesh and clipped it on from the back. You will notice the clips on the second image. One screw on each clip screwed into the back of the grill.
