What do you guys think about reverse indiglo guages on an 02 Solara with charcoal interior?

I'm trying to decide whether or not to go for them.

My first impression was that they looked kind of funny with charcoal interior, but I'm starting to like them more and more.

if anything, i would think that the charcoal would look better than the beige. maybe just b/c black pretty much matches w/ everything. :D

i'd say go for it! i got a charcoal interior and it looks fine to me. besides those reverse indiglo's are so impressive, i don't think it should matter what color interior you have.

They don't make Indiglos for the 2002 yet. The 2002 Solara had a Security L.E.D on the Tach. 99-01 gauges on a Solara don't have this L.E.D :D
Yeah, I've owned 2 Solaras so.............................Image

my indiglos are installed on top of the security light. it doens't inhibit them in anyway. my alarm has another light anyway in the car, and my headunit also blinks when the faceplace is off. you can always buy a "security light" and install if you really need it.
I paid for 6 cylinders, no point in not using them :D

Wrong, they had it since 1999. The indiglos that Initial K and ProCarParts made covered the LED status light regardless of what model. If you want indiglos, you have no choice but to cover that LED inidcator light on the tach.

My 99 didn't have the L.E.D! Maybe cuz I had a 4Cyl. My bad, on that one!

I was one of the few then, not to have the L.E.D on the RPM gauge. :D

No. Some of the Solaras that had the LED on the tach came on as a package. My car doesn't have the security LED on the tach because the RS3000 VIP alarm system was installed at the factory on my car, not the port, so it didn't need the standard keyless entry with security light.
