Okay, I just put in my tranny from the junk yard. It supposedly has only 16k on it. I took it for a test drive and the thing shifts really hard. I'm not sure if its just needs to be broken in b/c im assuming it was just sitting in the junk yard for awhile...or is this tranny busted too. I think I can use my old tranny b/c the torque converter was messed up, but the tranny was fine. I didn't realize this until I bought the new tranny and we swapped everything out. Has anyone ever replaced thier tranny and it ran kind of like this? If so, what's the solution? Thanks
