Slush box question

Ok if you read my racin' story i raced my friends' Mustang GT.
We were cruisin' racing
Not really a race, race i guess; but that's how he races.
And i had dropped my car down to 1st, thenshifted to 2nd when needed.
But then forgot to shift to Drive for 3rd and 4th and over revved in 2nd about 2 red line marks, cause i catchin' up to him and was caught up in the moment that i thought i could beat him cruisin' race. :-?
When i over revved it and funky smell like somethin' burnin' came from the the front of the car.
Will that hurt my tranny really bad, or did it hurt it at all??
Cause now when i'm cruisin' about 40-45mphs, and have the gas on and let go a little kick happens like a mini jump or somethin'
What should i do.
I know that i need a tranny flush ever since i got the car, but too lazy.

Dont put this off. What's cheaper, flushing your ATF or replacing/rebuilding your entire tranny.

sometimes people don't realize weird stuff that happens until u do something bad and start actually concentrating on every little thing that's going on with the car...
but u should flush the tranny before u put too much miles on it.

The tranny only has 61,000 miles on it.
I'm just too lazy to do it.
The dealership says about $150.00 wit Geniune Toyota Tranny fluid.

If i do a tranny flush; should i take the pan out and clean it too??
I was thinkin' abot usin' Royal Purple for the new tranny fluid. Isn't Royal Purple the best in tranny fluid??
While i'm changin' the tranny fluid i was thinkin' about doin' the diff fluid too.
Should i change the diff fluid too??
What should i use for the diff fluid??
I'm the 2nd owner of my car i think.
