i dono why i didnt ask this earlier but i have a se v6 2000 model solara, and i didnt get a remote with the car. Is there a way to check if i have an alarm\keyless entry...or like if they all came with keyless entry?...

i beleive the sle v6 comes with the whole package alarm and the sev6 are optional. not entirely sure.

I'm in the same boat. You can go to a Toyota dealer and the parts department can give you the model number of the alarm brain. It is located either behind the center console or behind the glove box somewhere.
