you guys will probably flame me for this but i had to do it..... after drive in a bmw 328i i couldnt resist the temp. for rear wheel drive and the stock perfomance of this car

the solara was and still is a great car and i would suggest it to anyone looking for a solid reliable vehichle.....
thanks for all the great info guys most of you all really do know your stuff and for anyone else i know that has a solara i will def refer whoever they maybe to this board

A 328i will perform better but a V6 Solara would take it on a straight away easy! Anyways, good luck on your new car!

YeaH, but an M3 would be ok, but i don't fit in them 3 series, gotta go with the 5 series at least. :wink:

M3 I see it as the M series! :lol: Dang that new M5 has a 7 speed tranny! Ultimate cars the M3 and 5.
I was referring to the standard 3 series.

Yea heard about it. With a v10 motor and that much hp...I would go for it any day.....And keep the solara in the garage of course haha.
