^ haha....he must meant every 30k..

here is what i do, drain and fill every 10k, and then flush at 30k

Oops misread.

Go with redline. I just flush mine every 2 years or so.

Man if just said ATF instead of Trans oil, people wouldnt have been confused. At first glance, I thought motor oil, or oil as its the most common oil to ask about on a car. ATF ATF ATF, okay, its out of my system now.
