i got rear ended in august they finaly fixed the car...
my 99 solara sle pulls to the left very hard and already ate up one tire in the six months it took em to pay out

the car's allignment was checked and stated ok... i also have pressure spots that popped out from the impact that they are refusing to fix, claiming it is from a previouse accident (yeah right)

needless to say i need a lawyer. but what could this be w/ my allignment ?the wear pattern is most extreem on the drivers side fron and similar to camber ware but like i said the elignement checks out

i have found some info on recalls for solaras w/ this problem but i a m fairly certain the accident brought it on...any ideas regarding the cause im pretty pissed/helpless here

That BS
fight for you damages homie.
That what i'm goin to do when my DWP is fixed, even though i rear-ended the guy in front of me.
He stopped for no reason.
I'm goin to prove to him that he just tryin' to collect money off me.
Even though i was far behind him.

you have two ways of going:
1. You contact aig on your own. (which i think you tried)
2. You take this up with your insurance company..they will get on AIG's tail..and ensure your rights....

If you get no where with the Insurance companies then you have to contact the Insurance Commisoner of your state.
They oversee all insurance companies and complaints must be the biggest item they get.
Sorry 'bout that, consequences of my childhood.
