I have no Idea whats going on I was driving today and was going to turn left to get some gas in a nearby plaza, when all of a sudden I couldn't steer to the left I quickly close the ignition and start the car again this time I was able to make the left turn....after that I got out of the gas station it happened again this time I couldn't both left and right. I quickly turn off the ignition again and after that I was able to steer I quickly went home and miss work since my Z is being used by my fiancee...Right now the car is steering but everytime I steer both to the left or right it makes a noise like a metal grinding to each other or clunking help???

could be anyone or a combo of all these:
1. Check your power steering fluid (anything DOT3+ is good)
2. Any puddles at your driveway?? (indicator of a ps leak??)
2a. Check your ps high pressure hose (i think in the last few months, i've seen this problem come up here on this board more often)
2b. Power steering pump?????
2c. P/s belt?? (i know i replaced my belt -it was $30 additional when my timing belt was replaced...dealerships call this replacing drivebelts -ps+alternator+ac fan belt).
