With all of the Solara "Mishaps" going around I thought I'd ask what color all these solaras are. Now some of you are probably thinking "what does color have to do with it?" Well in SC3 we have this "theory" that the silverstream solara's are cursed. In the poll I didn't include the actual name of the paint because over 99 had some colors that 00-01 didn't and 00-03 has some new ones too.

I have a silver solara also and have had 2 slight mishaps. But I agree that there are a lot of silver solaras. Every other one I see on the road is silver.

thats so weird, i see every other color except for silver on the roads. i remember at the dealer they had plenty of other colors and the silver one was the only one, guess everyone bought the other silvers.

am I the only one on here with a GOLD Solara? i have the convertible. i didn't have much choice in color since i bought a used 2001 with only 4600 miles on it. i would have preferred the silver, but gold is good for not looking as dirty also. it's unfortunate you can't get the blue or green in the convertible. why so few color choices to begin with?

no accidents here of course, i've only had it a month!

what's the difference between Silverstream Opalescent and Lunar Mist? Lunar Mist is what's on the Toyota web site.

i think they just changed the name of the color one year? or they changed the paint they used, but as far as i know, they're both the same color.
