does anyone know if it has a governor, it is a manual transmission, v6, SE, and the fasted i have had it going was 200km so i dont know if it will keep going or if there is a governor ? dont really care to find out by driving faster haha !

i am pretty sure all of toyotas has governor.

Yeah, it has a governor that kicks in at roughly 130MPH (roughly 210 km/h), but there are a few people that are known to have taken it past that (e.g. around 140MPH[225 km/h]). Unfortunately, Toyota really makes their ECUs complicated.

Yeah i hate that too.
But 130 is good for me. :D

The car has a governer to cut off at 220 KMH, which ends up being ~137 MPH. When you hit it, you'll feel like the car broke or soemthign it kind've goes sluggish, almost like when you let out the clutch at say.... 30 MPH in 2nd without rev matching and it grabs the gear and you feel that sudden force almost pulling you back.

You can hit it in your car stock, the auto V6's don't have the power to get there. But please if you're going to do it, do it without other cars around.
