Loose ground wire - Help pls! (1MZ - SC'd)

Ok today I was looking at where some of the ground wires were connected because I'm thinking about buying that ground wire kit or make my own and as I was checking them out, I discovered this ground cable attached to a huge bolt that was just sitting there, behind some cables and screwed to absolutely nothing!
See the pics below, can someone tell me where this cable is supposed to go?? I'm thinking that it was probably supposed to be removed when I got my S/C installed and they forgot or they simply F'd up and forgot to ground it back and if that is the case, I need to go bi^ch somebody out (or just plug it back if it's that easy, but I can't seem to find where it goes). Can you guys check yours out and let me know what you find out please?!?!? If you guys could some pics too I would really appreciate it, thanks!!

The 1st pic shows the ground cable I'm talking about

The 2nd pic shows where it ends and the bolt it was attached to.

If you trace the other ground cable, it will probably lead you to one these body ground point/junction.

i believe the bolt goes into your tranny. I havent looked at mine yet, but i do remember that from the tranny, it links to the engine, and from there to the body.

ok you lost me, what 'other' ground cable are you talking about? I see the ground i was showing has 2 cables, so are you saying that these 2 end points are for the same ground? Even then, I checked my engine and looks a bit different than your pic, is that from a Solara or a Sienna? thanks man
