My Solara is bringing "THE NOISE"

So my struts/strut mounts/bearings are making that noise and have since we purchased the car about 2/3 years back. Its been getting worse and worse, i think its finally time to replace them now that im getting some replacement stock struts and springs from Jon (JMSinMaryland)

So what should i get? Im seen different brands of mounts, different brands of bearings, kits, and just the bearings. My car and its stock suspension has 108k on them but i havent actually looked at the mounts from down under to see how bad the damage is, should I?

I just wanted to know so i could buy the nessarry mount supply and do the spring/strut change-out at the same time. What should I do to make sure im not spending money that is not needed and to ensure i get the correct items...?

Thanks A Lot!
