i have rear tint and there is no light shinning through any parts of the tinted area.. im confused...

because ur tint is installed to the very top covering the little black dots it's not suppose to be like that cuase then i tbubbles up quick after a while.

Doesn't electrical tape make it look stupid? I'm not tryin to be an arse. I really want to know how it works because I'm gonna get mine tinted pretty soon. 8)

Just call around and ask if the installers will tint over those dots. The place I took mine too made it a point to brag about doing it, so apparently it's one of those tricks of the trade things for tinters.

please search, we've had lots of threads on this. even a website was mentioned that showed various ways of getting around the black dotted matrix.
