i actually the previous model, RS-750, that i have. it has remote start designated start/stop buttons so you don't have to push 2 buttons at the same time like alot of other alarms. if you're gonna go with an LCD remote alarm system, go with either the viper 791, or the Clifford Matrix.

LoJack doesnt work til you report the car missing... so I guess the early warning would just be an alarm w/ pager function =]

You have to have the LoJack system. 15 to 30 mins after your car is moved or is being moved it will page you. V-mail, E-mail pager etc... $995 for the system. Check the web site.

if you want a good alarm system, Viper is best out there.

sounds...similar to the two pagin systems out there giht now..but again..why would it wait like 15 min before paging you? sounds like you're better off getting a viper or clifford alarm.

Kenny got his alarm and it's awesome! I want one =x The best part is that the pager color is the same (almost) as his car's

Yup,

I just got it today.. the newest one viper has.. Model # 791XV 2 way paging system with remote start. auto window roll up/down and etc. Too much to really name all functions.. but its also really powerful. i can start the car from 1000yards away and also the remote has LCD that shows if someone is trying to tamper with my car.. which is like 10 football fields.. we tried it (semi) today.. we were sitting in the resturant and i started my car which is a little more then a football field away..

Loving this alarm...

I have the CompuStar FM 2Way Paging Remote Start/Alarm and I love it. I have never had any trouble with it yet and it had been very reliable, even in last years COLD winter here in the Boston Area. I don't know much about the other alarms out there but this one I can honestly say is one of the very best out there.

No transponder, but his alarm now gave him one... the range is awesome... we were inside our usual JJs and he started his car... the only drawback was that you can't stop your car from that far... you have to be pretty damn close to it lol THe buildings didn't do jack crap to the range... but the claimed range for the alarm is 1000 YARDS =x
