Any effect of applying "Goo Gone" on car paint sur

Questions for everyone, I had my TRD emblem stolen couple nights ago. And it left behind those sticky residue on the surface. Will "Goo Gone" do any kind of damage to the car paint surface if I use it to take out this sticky residue?

no, it'll be fine. It is an abrasive compound though, so I wouldn't just let it sit on the paint. As long as you wipe it off thoroughly and wash it a little, it should be fine.

You'll be fine...I used it on 6 emblems, and no problem. Def make sure to wash and wax after you use it, just for good measure.

Sometimes I really don't get it why they have to steal people's emblem like that. It doesn't cost a whole lot to buy one. Instead, THEY HAVE TO STEAL and put scratches all over people's car! I HATE IT!

It wouldn't even be so bad if they did it with a hair dryer and some fishing line instead of a screw driver...lol
