Studs are usually pretty cheap. When you think about it its a just a large bolt that is threaded on both ends. If you go through toyota to buy a decent sized 12mm bolt it is like 1.5 dollars so i would imagine at most a stud would cost mebbe 3-4. Good Luck, when u find out let me know because one of mine broke off and ive got to replace it still. :P

If I may ask, why do you need to extend the wheel studs? You get the wrong size wheel or something?

just the extra precaution from using spacers. i wouldnt mind a set of 10 either if all goes well.

i hear that teh front studs are longer than the rear and the tacoma studs are longer than the front studs of the solara.

I've been tryin to get a tutorial together...school just started so i've been busy.

Basically just jack up the car on both sides, take off the wheel and brakes(caliper, pads, and rotors). Get a hammer and knock the stud out. The back protection plate thing has a hole on one part of it. You'll need to line it up by turning the assembly to take the stud out. Then put the new one in and knock it in with a hammer.

This is the instruction for the front studs for a solara...I'm not sure about other cars or for the rear solara studs.
