IMO intalling a set of springs without the experience is not a good way to get it, those springs can kill you if you're not careful.
I'm going to get mine done:
$400 tokico shox
$250 Eibach springs
$250 Labor : This is taking into consideration that I'm going to remove all of the rear seats, and associated junk that the shop would have to remove and re-install to get to the top of the rear shock towers. the original quote was $400 labor, although this included installing a Rear Sway Bar as well.
BTW: Take a tire off, and loosen the exhaust to get the RSB in, otherwise its a Beeeyatch!!! (It was a pain in my butt to get it in anyway)
2000 SLEv6 TRD RSB (Why Toyota dosn't just put them in standard is beyond me) Shocks and springs : this Monday (if the UPS gods are prompt)
