Thanx for the help guys.

Well I think there is definetely something wrong with my overdrive. It either doesnt work or my car gets to the overdrive gear (4th?) and forgets to downshift back to 1st, cuz since my CEL turned off it was driving fine but just tonite it came back on  . Is this type of problem fixable? I mean can a transmission be fixed at all or does it always have to be replaced. Sorry im a :n00b: .

Thanx again!!

Oh ya i was still researching and i also found that i have 6-years/100k miles Limited Powertrain Warranty from this site http://www.toyota.com/html/tcuv/warranty.html, which is Toyota's main site. So i hope i can trust the credibility of this.
